Auto Mall (Avon, Ohio) – $70 Million: Developing one of the largest Auto Malls, driving growth in the automotive sector.
Warren Toyota Project – $50 Million (In Progress): Leading the construction of a state-of-the-art Toyota dealership.
Great Northern Mall Development – $100 Million: Transforming North Olmsted with high-density residential & commercial development.

Event: The event at M1 Concourse brought people together to support Fund a Life NFP by sponsoring the DRIVE TO SURVIVE event. The organization, which provides life-changing grants for individuals facing major hardships, has granted over $696,000 since 2017. Our team, from porters to managers, embodied our vision statement and made a lasting impact.
